A VERY DIFFERENT KIND OF TALK
What is Adrenaline Management?
"In my experience, success is about learning to cook in a hot kitchen without allowing the heat to burning you up."
-Brian Germain
Who is Brian Germain and why is his talk worth your time?
Brian's passion is the study of fear, with the goal of uncovering the most powerful methods for shifting away from fear's limitations, and into the realm of leveraging our adrenaline to create optimal performance. Brian's insights have changed many lives, and if you are ready to think differently, he can do the same for you. Brian is no stranger to fear, and his personal journey is a truly inspiring one. When an experimental paraglider crash nearly prevented him from ever skydiving again, Brian rose up from his wheelchair to face the pain, doubt and fear in a very positive way. Not only did he get himself back in the sky, he went on to test, patent and successfully market a new kind gliding parachute that is resistance to collapses. At the same time, Brian became the a X-Games/X-Trials World Champion Gold Medalist in Freefly skydiving. A masterful teacher known worldwide for his uncanny ability to discuss the heavy topic of fear in an enlightening way, Brian will inspire you to reach for a more effective, positive relationship to this negative emotion. He will give you powerful tools that will help you in every aspect of your life, and help you to expand into the fullest expression of who you really are.

"The difference between caution and fear
is that action based in caution increases safety
while action based in fear causes more danger ."
-Brian Germain
"If we relate to fear as if it is pain, avoiding everything that provokes it, we deprive ourselves of the growth that comes from exercising our consciousness." -Brian Germain
Despite the dire need for brave thought, some of our world continues to be limited by fear and its companion emotion, anger. We have all witnessed how these emotions can prevent the engagement of challenge that is necessary for growth. This is the path that Brian has walked, and flown. His adventure experiences are certainly stunning to watch, but the inspiring lessons gleaned from the pursuit of the nearly impossible are even more so.
When we choose to do what is most important to us despite our fears, we can transcend virtually any perceived barrier. If we make a vow to move through the resistance bravely and logically, we can expand our possibilities as individuals, and as a species. Brian Germain can help you and your organization work beyond the fear mindset become a positive, productive force in your world.
Here is your chance to kick your life into high gear.
